Delete your Warhold account
Game Warhold, developed by Plabz
You can delete your account and all your Warhold data in two ways. Both delete the same things.
Option 1 — in the game (immediately)
- Open Warhold with your phone connected to the internet.
- On the home screen, tap the gear (Settings).
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm with Delete all.
Done: the account is deleted immediately and the game starts over.
Option 2 — without the game (by e-mail)
If you have already uninstalled the game or can’t open it, send us an e-mail:
Address: warholdsupport.plabz@gmail.com — subject: DELETE WARHOLD ACCOUNT. In the e-mail, send one of these, so we can find your account:
- your player ID (in the game: Settings → Copy player ID, then paste it in the e-mail); or
- the e-mail of the linked account, if you used Link account.
We confirm your request within 15 days and delete the data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your player account on the server (the player ID and the link to the Unity account, if any).
- All your progress saved in the cloud: level, cards, coins, gems, chests, pass, nickname, avatar and settings.
- The usage data (statistics) tied to your ID, if you had allowed its collection.
- With option 1, the progress stored on the phone is also deleted immediately. With option 2, just uninstall the game to remove the copy on the phone.
What is not deleted
- The purchase records kept by Google Play or the App Store: they belong to the stores, which keep them according to their own rules and the law.
- Purchased items (gems, pass) do not come back after deletion. The permanent purchases No ads and 3x speed stay on your store account and come back with Restore purchases.
- The Unity account itself (if you linked one) belongs to Unity. To delete it too, use your account settings at id.unity.com.
Played as a guest and uninstalled without copying the ID?
A guest account is identified only by a random code, with no name, e-mail or phone number. Without that code we have no way of knowing which account is yours. If you have any information that may help (for example, the nickname you used and the approximate date of your last match), send it anyway and we will try to find it.
