Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Warhold is a mobile game developed by Plabz (“we”). This policy explains what data the game handles, why, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights, in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018) and the rules of Google Play and the App Store.
Summary
- You play without signing up: the game creates a guest account on its own, identified only by a random code.
- We do not ask for your real name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- Usage data (game statistics) is only collected if you allow it, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.
- Ads in the game are optional (you choose to watch one to get a reward) and set to non-personalized.
- We do not sell your data.
- You can delete everything from inside the game (Settings → Delete account) or through this website.
1. What data the game handles and why
a) Guest account and game progress
When you first open the game, we create a random player ID (through the Unity Authentication service). Your progress — level, cards, coins, gems, chests, missions, the nickname and avatar you choose, your settings and a record of purchases made (to deliver the items) — is saved on the device and in a cloud copy (Unity Cloud Save), so you don’t lose anything.
Why: to make the game work and keep your progress (providing the service you requested).
b) Linked account (optional)
If you tap Link account, you sign in with a Unity account, which can use Google, Apple or e-mail. We receive an identifier for that account and, when the login page provides it, its e-mail address, to show which account is linked and to recover your progress on another device.
Why: so you can recover your progress when you change phones (providing the service you requested).
c) Usage data (optional, only with your permission)
The first time you open the game, we ask whether we may collect usage data. If you say yes, we send game events to Unity Analytics — for example: end of battle (stage, win or loss, duration), tutorial steps, chests opened, gems spent, purchases and ad rewards — together with technical device data (model, operating system, language and approximate country based on the IP address).
Why: to find out where the game is too hard or too easy and improve it. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Usage data: no; when you do, we also ask Unity to delete what was already collected.
d) In-game purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone). We do not receive your card or payment details — only the purchase receipt (the transaction and product codes), to deliver the item and prevent fraud.
e) Rewarded ads (optional)
Some buttons offer a reward for watching an ad. Only when you choose to watch, Unity LevelPlay and its partner ad networks receive technical device data and data about the ad interaction (for example: IP address, model, operating system and whether the ad was watched to the end). We set the game to request non-personalized ads for all players, meaning the networks should not use the device’s advertising ID to build a profile of you. Players who buy No ads get the rewards without watching.
f) Technical and security data
As with any online service, the servers log technical data such as IP address and access time, to keep the game running and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
2. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It is only shared with the companies that make the game work, each with its own policy:
| Company | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Technologies | Player account, cloud copy, usage data (if allowed) and ads (LevelPlay) | unity.com |
| Download through Google Play and purchases on Android | policies.google.com | |
| Apple | Download through the App Store and purchases on iPhone | apple.com |
| LevelPlay ad networks | Showing the rewarded ad you chose to watch | per each network |
We may also share data if required by law or by a competent authority.
3. Data outside Brazil
These providers may store data on servers outside Brazil (for example, in the United States or Europe). In those cases the transfer follows the safeguards set out in the LGPD, such as the contractual clauses adopted by these companies.
4. How long we keep data
- Account and progress: while you play. When you ask us to delete them, we delete them.
- Usage data: up to 13 months (Unity’s default period) or until you withdraw your permission.
- Purchase receipts: ours are stored inside your progress and are deleted along with the account. Google and Apple keep their own records according to their rules and the law.
5. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). If you live in another country, you may have similar rights under local law, and you can use the same contact below.
Much of this can be done directly in the game, in Settings. For everything else, write to warholdsupport.plabz@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. To find your account, send your player ID (Settings → Copy player ID).
6. Deleting your account and data
In the game: Settings → Delete account (deleted immediately). Without the game: see the Delete your account page.
7. Children
Warhold is intended for people aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us data, write to warholdsupport.plabz@gmail.com and we will delete it.
8. Security
Communication between the game and the servers is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the data is restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, we will let you know inside the game.
